Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to pet-profile.net and the Pet Profileservice (“Pet Profile,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, building a pet housing profile, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not usePet Profile.

1. What Pet Profile provides

Pet Profile is a digital document-building tool that helps renters organize owner-provided pet information into a structured housing profile and dashboard. Depending on your plan, you may also download a PDF report. The service is informational and organizational only.

Pet Profile does not verify veterinary records, certify animal behavior, evaluate safety, perform tenant or pet screening, provide legal advice, or guarantee that any landlord or property manager will accept your pet. Housing decisions remain with the landlord, property manager, lease terms, property rules, insurance requirements, and applicable laws.

2. One-time plan purchases

Paid plans on Pet Profile are sold as one-time purchases. Each plan price (Starter $30, Basic $40, Plus $50) is charged once at checkout. There is no recurring subscription, no automatic renewal, and no ongoing monthly billing unless we clearly introduce a separate offering in the future with its own checkout disclosure.

Your plan determines how many pet housing profiles you may create under that purchase and which features (such as PDF download) are included. See the Plans page for current limits.

3. Accounts and accurate information

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for the pet information you enter. Do not misrepresent vaccination status, training, behavior history, or landlord references.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Pet Profile for unlawful purposes or to mislead landlords or property managers
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or non-public systems
• Circumvent payment, access limits, or security controls
• Upload malware or interfere with the operation of the site
• Resell or redistribute generated reports as a certified screening product

5. Payments

Card payments are processed through our payment partner Whop. By checking the payment authorization box at checkout, you authorize a one-time charge for the plan you selected. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; payment partners handle authorization, fraud screening, and tokenization under their own terms and security programs.

Your statement may show a descriptor related to Whop or Pet Profile. If you are unsure about a charge, open a support ticket on our Contact page before disputing with your bank.

6. Checkout consent

Before payment, you must agree to these Terms and authorize the one-time charge described at checkout. We may record timestamps of consent acknowledgements for billing support and dispute resolution.

7. Digital delivery

After successful payment, you receive access to your dashboard and plan features. Delivery is electronic and begins when your purchase is confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your profile and PDF before sharing with third parties.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Please read that policy before purchasing.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including account, profile, and payment-related data.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for housing outcomes, landlord decisions, or reliance on owner-provided information in your profile.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on pet-profile.net. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
