Pet Profile (“we,” “us”) operates pet-profile.net. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our websites and services. If you do not agree, please do not use Pet Profile.

• Account information — name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), and session identifiers.
• Pet profile information — details you enter about your pet, housing habits, records, behavior, care plans, and optional uploads you provide.
• Payment information — we receive transaction identifiers, plan purchased, and payment status from Whop. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and security logs.
• Consent records — timestamps when you agree to Terms and authorize one-time payment at checkout.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Provide and maintain your pet housing profile, dashboard, and PDF features
• Process one-time plan purchases and confirm access to paid features
• Authenticate your account and prevent fraud or abuse
• Respond to support requests and billing inquiries
• Improve reliability, security, and clarity of the service
• Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes

3. AI-assisted content

When enabled, we may send profile information you provided to an AI service to generate summaries or suggestions. AI output is based only on your submissions and is not a verification of facts. You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing with landlords or property managers.

4. Sharing with service providers

We share information with vendors that help us operate Pet Profile, including:

• Whop — payment processing for one-time plan purchases
• Hosting and infrastructure providers
• Email or notification providers, if used for account or receipt messages

These providers process data under their own privacy and security programs and only as needed to perform services for us.

5. Data retention

We retain account and profile data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You may update profile information in your dashboard. You may contact us to access, correct, or delete account information where applicable law provides those rights.

8. Children

Pet Profile is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. International users

If you access Pet Profile from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
